Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Caribou Highlands Golf and RV website and booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book tee times through our service.

Tee time bookings

Tee times can be booked online through our website or by contacting the course directly. All tee times are subject to availability. You must provide accurate contact information including a valid phone number and player name(s) at the time of booking.

Tee times are reserved in 10-minute increments. Groups are limited to a maximum of 4 golfers per tee time unless otherwise arranged with course staff in advance.

Cancellation and no-show policy

We ask that you cancel or reschedule your tee time at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings. For questions about a specific reservation, please contact the course directly.

Weather and course conditions

Caribou Highlands Golf and RV reserves the right to close the course or delay play due to weather, maintenance, or other conditions beyond our control. In the event of a weather-related closure, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your tee time or offer a rain check at the discretion of course management.

Cart rentals

Golf carts are available for rent subject to availability. Operators must possess a valid driver's license and follow all posted cart rules and course signage. Caribou Highlands Golf and RV is not liable for damage to carts caused by reckless operation or failure to observe course rules.

Conduct and dress code

All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to standard golf etiquette. Proper golf attire is required. Course management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behavior disrupts the experience of others or damages course property.

Assumption of risk

Golf involves inherent risks including but not limited to errant golf balls, uneven terrain, wildlife, and weather exposure. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf and cart use. Caribou Highlands Golf and RV is not liable for personal injury or property loss except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Privacy and SMS messaging

Your use of this website is also governed by our SMS Consent & Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive booking-related text messages as described in that policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website and booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
